Uses the given DesktopRootWindowHostFactory to override the default DesktopRootWindowHost implementation for embedder. After this patch, xwalk maintains DesktopRootWindowHost inside xwalk.
…ntain DesktopRootWindowHost inside xwalk. We will perhaps make something like ui/views/widget/desktop_aura inside xwalk to satisfy our all requirements. At that time, this patch can be rollbacked.

… buffers." It looks like MediaCodec erroneously returns decoded frames before sending an OUTPUT_FORMAT_CHANGED notification. This will cause us to SendDecodedFrameToClient, then crashes when it tries to get a picture buffer to use. MediaCodec is not supposed to do that, see EncodeDecodeTest.java line 617 in the android cts tests. Once it does, it's unclear what state it's in. We post an error and stop decoding. I do not have a local repro, so this is my best guess about what is causing some reported crashes. They seem to happen only on JB with Adreno 330 GPUs (Snapdragon 800 series), driver version 45. This combination has been added to the blacklist for accelerated video decoding (AVDA). This CL also adds a metric for how often this occurs, to help to identify other affected devices. Urgent: whitelist hangouts.google.com further (should've been done in issue 1552383002 from Dec 2015, but...) to allow video effects plugin access; tag on meet.google.com for a similar purpose; tax: refactor whitelist checks into separate thing. Gaia can send a Oauth2 authorization code in the Dice response header. This is very sensitive information, and may allow an extension to generate a refresh token for the user account. For this reason, we choose to hide the Dice response headers to extensions. This header should be only hidden when sent from a Gaia origin, otherwise this could allow a website to hide information from extensions. This CL adds support for hiding response headers to extensions, and affects the web_request and declarative_web_request APIs. XWalk need to change DesktopRootWindowHostX11 so much, so it is time to move it inside xwalk.
I need to change DesktopRootWindowHostX11 also to fix crosswalk-project/crosswalk#283. Before fixing, I want to move DesktopRootWindowHostX11 inside xwalk.
