Clump Properties

This article contains info about the customizable properties in the clump panel.

It is heavily recommended to read the Property Panels article first, as it will explain the basics of property panels.

Location

Every armature object contains clump properties.

Usage

The clump properties are used for determining which meshes are included in the XFBIN's clump. All objects in the Models and Model Groups lists are exportable, and can be exported based on the export options chosen.

Clump properties also contain a list of XFBIN Materials. Each XFBIN material contains some properties, and a list of Texture Groups. Each texture group contains a list of Textures. Each texture has a Texture Name and a Chunk Path, both which are important for attaching a texture to the meshes that use the XFBIN material.

Usually, none of these will have to be modified, except for adding new XFBIN materials, as that is needed for adding new meshes to a NUD. In that case, simply copying a material and pasting it in the same list, then changing its name, will be enough for adding a new mesh with that material to a NUD.

Examples

Here are some examples of the clump properties in 2nrtbod1 from Storm 4.
