For some reason the dynamic config reference page got published with old content (before it was reviewed etc.).
This PR updates that page with the latest changes after all the feedback was addressed in PR 2029.
Notes to reviewers
There is no new content in this to be reviewed; all the content that was approved in PR 2029 was put back in because the version of this one file that was merged was a terrible one.
