## 📝 Summary

Add a quotation mark for the pip install command for `marimo[sql]`. I
was confused why it didn't work when I ran this command. You would get a
`zsh: no matches found` error by default.

This is just a small QoL improvement.

Adds support for extracting inline script metadata from notebook cells,
and lifting the comment block to the top of the converted marimo Python
script.

This allows for nice interchange between a tool like juv and marimo:

```sh
juv init
juv add Untitled.ipynb anywidget polars
marimo convert Untitled.ipynb > Untitled.py
marimo edit Untitled.py
```

## 🔍 Description of Changes

Adds regex to extract metadata from inline script comments, and lifts
the comment block to the top of the converted marimo Python script.

This is because changes to ref.current will not trigger a re-render.

useEventListener lets you pass in a ref object instead of ref.current
and ensure it re-renders correctly when ref.current is no longer null.

think it maintains the feel of scratchpad while handling long inputs /

I'm not sure if it breaks anything else, so plan to test it locally a
while.

## 📝 Summary

This adds a mapping for the `quaternion` package, which is named
`numpy-quaternion` on PyPI.

<!--

-->

## 🔍 Description of Changes

Just added the key:value pair to the `module_name_to_pypi_name` dict.
I'm hoping a test is not needed for such a simple change, though I have
tried it locally and verified that it works by automatically installing
`numpy-quaternion`.

Adds an engineering formatter to the Dataframe Viewer

## 🔍 Description of Changes

<!--
Detail the specific changes made in this pull request. Explain the
problem addressed and how it was resolved. If applicable, provide before
and after comparisons, screenshots, or any relevant details to help
reviewers understand the changes easily.
-->

I am enjoying the Marimo Dataframe viewer and in particular the ability
to change the format of the numbers it shows. I am often working with
physical units and as such prefer to work with numbers in engineering
notation (including SI prefixes). This PR adds engineering notation as
an option in the formatting window.

### Example Output:
<img
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/acdf83b2-27e3-4bfb-8240-72b9f5f77dc4"
width="200">

### Selection:
<img
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/0e185a2d-4086-4569-be25-c35c80d8816c"
width="300">

### Implementation:
My goal was to keep the engineering notation formatting code as similar
as possible to the scientific format code. I therefore used
`Intl.NumberFormat` with some modifications to get prefixes for negative
exponent cases.

- set sqlglot version to lowest possible (likely >23.4, due to ibis lib)
- If we're keen on supporting dml's, then I could add more tests (I
added some here alrdy)
- `def find_sql_def()` can also be modified to use sqlglot in the
future, not included in this PR.
- small change: updated duckdb version to 1.1.0 to be synchronised
across all installations (some were 1.0 and some were 1.1)

This PR makes it possible for multiple users to edit the same notebook
in real-time. This is using
[CRDTs](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conflict-free_replicated_data_type)
and more precisely [Yjs](https://github.com/yjs/yjs) in the frontend and
[pycrdt](https://github.com/jupyter-server/pycrdt) in the backend.
Unlike the "kiosk mode" which only shows a read-only view of the
outputs, the collaborative mode allows editing cell inputs. Users can
edit the same cell at the same time: CRDTs ensure that all users
eventually see the same text, potentially resolving conflicts.

A new WebSocket endpoint is created at `ws/{cell_id}` for each notebook
cell. When connecting to it, a cell input represented as a [shared
text](https://docs.yjs.dev/api/shared-types/y.text) in the frontend is
synchronized with [its
peer](https://jupyter-server.github.io/pycrdt/api_reference/#pycrdt.Text)
in the backend. The backend shared cell receives changes from every
connected frontend, and broadcast them to every connected frontend.

I branched out to experiment. `mo.sql` can execute most SQL statements.
Added some frontend.

Todo:
- [ ] no longer existing connections aren't being deleted
- [ ] update selection input display, icons etc (see @/mscolnick's
comment below) **[might not do this here]**
- [ ] fix/add some tests
- [ ] add some docs on how to use this
- [ ] sql regex doesn't handle different ordering of engine & output
params **[probs won't do it now too]**

future work:
- handle data source panel, sql parsing, so that dataset info is
obtained from custom sql engines

- by default, frontend will set duckdb as engine (this is hardcoded in
frontend, not provided by backend)
- added a new atom to store the latestEngineSelected, so it's sort of
"smart" when you create new cells

When there is console output, the 'Clear Output' option is not shown.
This is to fix that.

Context: Have a lot of print statements and the console output got
really long, but I couldn't clear it.
Another solution is to not hide this option at all. Or to merge the
hasOutput & hasConsoleOutput prop into one.

When you delete an engine and create a new SQL cell, the cell's code
still uses the deleted engine. This fixes that.

However, it's not an ideal fix, using the constant variable triggers a
`Uncaught ReferenceError: can't access lexical declaration
'DEFAULT_ENGINE' before initialization`

makes me think I have designed the latestEngineSelected feature wrongly.

another smaller issue:
- delete an engine, refresh the page, undelete the engine, the sql
cells's dropdown do not update

Experimenting a little, I find an optimal request solution is something
like below. Make an initial req for db, schemas and table list, upon
expanding a table, make another request to get column info, PKs,
indexes. This avoids too long of an initial request time while fetching
sufficient info. With snowflake sample db (7 schemas, 10+ tables each),
initial request takes about 3s. If I fetched all data, this would take
~25s

For postgres, it will connect to the default database if unspecified.
This fixes the display for that (by finding the default db). For others
like Snowflake, it's in a detached state, hence we show 'Not connected'
