They are not needed. I put those in when we were using Xenial. The default compiler packages that come with Bionic are fine. Notice the builds passed, including ARM.

Bionic has finally been enabled on Travis. This reenables ARM compilation since Bionic fixes the pesky -fPIC bug with the ARM cross-builds, and it also adds the Qt Charts package for the non-depends path.
