Implements proposition from : http://discuss.emberjs.com/t/improvements-to-find-all-semantics/19 Introduce `all()` to return a live query of all records of given type. Pass record in `find()` adapter method. This is needed in order to properly implement error handling for find calls.
RESTAdapter can handle the `meta` objects. They are useful to communicate aditional data from the backend, like pagination information.
