This PR switches
workflows/templates/qualitycontrol-check-cmip6.yamlto use thedodola validate-datasetcommand.We did not use this command originally because of memory issues fixed in ClimateImpactLab/dodola#124.
Note, this currently requires the
devversion of dodola. Consider it a prototype until it gets pinned with a proper tag.
