Oddly, if I set it to only netstandard2.0, the Web sample project stops working correctly: It gets confused about a lot of other references and stops copying the QRCcoder.dll. I think it's partly because net462 includes the QRCoder.dll in the output, whereas netstandard2.0 just includes a ..deps.json.

When I include net462 here, the web project works correctly. In any case, there is little harm in including net462 as well.
