Hmmm... Looks like Adguard does address it in Adguard - Popup Overlays list: AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters@49bcd13

However, as a trusted scriptlet, it won't be activated in uBO version.

I think we can address this specific issue given that the filter in other annoyance lists can't reach the users (due to trusted scriptlets)
