What Was Accomplished

• Updated kicker block index and edit files to mimic behavior of the paragraph block.
  • Pressing enter anywhere in the block creates a new block. If there's content after the cursor, that block is also a kicker. If there is no content, that block is a paragraph.
  • Pressing backspace / delete at the beginning of a kicker moves the content into the previous block, eliminating the kicker block.
  • Holding shift and pressing enter create a line break inside the kicker block.
