Tests

some should be unit tests and will be tested in this repo. Hard tests that can only be integration tests sould go https://github.com/PingCAP-QE/endless/

P3 issues

  • possibly a dashboard that shows metrics recorded in prometheus.
  • resource group integration
  • should we prepend HIST_SNAP_ or HIST_ for all snapshot tables?
  • DM/BR/CDC compatibility
  • upgrade process (from 7.1 to 8.5, e.g., tables and column types will change)
