Support logging to file, rather than defaulting to stderr.
Add pool and overhead sizes. Note that the used and max sizes include the overhead.
Include max possible available size (ie pool - overhead). Include sizes - overhead. Include size of some internal structures.

Port of some patches from https://github.com/snrkiwi/rtt/tree/rdt-next to fix compile errors after orocos-toolchain/ocl#57 has been merged.
The patches are mainly required for debugging TLSF memory issues.
