Edits an existing asset for a release on GitHub.

Edits an existing asset for a release on GitHub.

Set-GitHubReleaseAsset -OwnerName microsoft -RepositoryName PowerShellForGitHub -Asset 123456 -Name bar.zip
Renames the asset 123456 to be 'bar.zip'.
If provided, this will be used as the AccessToken for authentication with the REST Api. Otherwise, will attempt to use the configured value or will run unauthenticated.
