Hello,
As some journals require, is it possible to indicate the "Corresponding Author," "these authors contributed equally," etc in the content/metadata.yaml?
Thanks again!
Warmest,
Olga

We've added symbols next to author names in a couple of ways. See a few examples at:

Is there a style you like best? I can point you to the corresponding code, which will be some small tweaks to metadata.yaml and the front-matter.md.

Oh nice, I like these! For now, the cute little letter icon is enough. We'll get to determining workload eventually :)

9504aa7 adds support for author.corresponding in metadata.yaml. When set to true, the corresponding author email address will now show up in the front matter.

these authors contributed equally

Still no builtin support for this, but the author.symbol_str used in lelaboratoire/rethink-prs-ms is a good approach.
