Coming back to issue #170. Are you sure this is solved in v0.7.1? The changelog says

The bug that deletes the saved tags before save the trace is solved

Now it behaves like this: Whenever you stop/save the track (tapping the disc icon) and resume it again, it appends ",osmtracker" to the tags. So if you stop/resume repeatedly, the tags get really ugly, see the screenshot below created with the version v0.7.1 from Play store:
