Added Filtering on the name of the game's exe in Vk3DVision.ini. This means that now you can have Vk3DVision running and it will not automatically try to stereorize every Vulkan application.

The mapping of VR controls to the emulated XBOX one controller are now present on screen in "OpenVR" mode, at start-up. This is handy if you forget what XBOX button maps to what button on the VR Controller. Currently only: Valve Index Knuckles, Vive Wands and Oculus Touch controllers are supported.

Fixed a bug I introduced in Developer mode and "Freeze Frame" functionality that could dead-lock the application.
