So I'm working in having our custom Theme based in Uniswap one, but keeping them independent to address the issues in #8
The PR requires changing all the "theme" imports into global imports. Since I don't want to mix the two things in the same PR, (to make it easier to review), I'm creating this first one that just does the global import things
