Source task and bugs for autotests:

• FASTA: Add warning about lost some information (Phosphates) while we save DNA/RNA nucleotide to FASTA #4290

Verify that in the AutoTests:

• Macro(Import FASTA): The ';' symbol is not recognized as a comment Indigo#1851
• Macro(Export FASTA): The header 'Sequence N' is missing, and '>' symbol is located at end of the first sequence Indigo#1852
• Macro(Import FASTA): The ' * ' symbol occurring between two letters is not recognized as a break in peptide chain Indigo#1849
• Macro(Import FASTA): The '>' symbol is not recognized as indicating a new sequence Indigo#1850
• Macro: Not a full names of monomers are previewed in nucleotide sequence representation after paste as sequence or FASTA file #4268
• FASTA: Load FASTA or Sequence file that contains few monomers causes their overlaping on the canvas #4355
• Macro: Cannot load Peptides from our Library that are not connected by bonds using FASTA file Indigo#1881
