Update Monster on Import

Importer now has an option to update a monster. This will erase all powers and features and replace them with ones from the import data. It will also update attributes of the actor to be the same as the imported data.

Minor update to the knowledge update macro to cope with creatures that are templated (new with importer 2.2.0)
