Updated replication extension package

Description

• Updated replication extension package version as the extension (432 Updated Replication and Migration extensions from alpha to v1 dell-csi-extensions#27) and replication module CRD (432 Replication APIs to be moved from alpha phase to v1 csm-replication#75) updated from alpha to v1 version.
• Replicator side car image is updated to v1.4.0.
• Fixed GoSec vulnerability reported on latest code.

Note: Since 1.4 replicator side care image is not officially out, please use nightly tag which will be updated when this PR merges.
