Make it possible to toggle the scale on the environment graphs to a linear scale so that envelope stages that are "same length" appear that way on the graph.

Fixed for 2.2.1, but many envelopes are difficult to view in Linear mode since many points tend to occur early in the envelope (so are all displayed in first dozen pixels of the graph). Need to find a way to zoom/pan the chart. See #23

Linear time scale implemented in 2.3.0; Linear frequency introduced in 2.3.1
