many envelopes are difficult to view in Linear mode since many points tend to occur early in the envelope (so are all displayed in first dozen pixels of the graph). Need to find a way to zoom/pan the chart.

Pan implemented in 2.3.0. May not bother implementing zoom since auto-scale tends to work OK after new points are added.
