User Manual

The User Manual - PDF, 23M was prepared for Vaa3D v2.031, - an old version of the system. Compared to the latest version, some GUI interface components are already quite different. But this should be pretty easy to figure out, - if you do need help, send Hanchuan Peng an email or check the question at the discussion forum.

Please note that the manual does not include the instruction on neuron tracing yet. Such information can be found in other parts of this site.
