Sprint 5 (30.04 ‐ 13.05)

Sprint Goal:

Integrate weather data, and refine existing functionality while improving user experience towards a final product

Sprint Planning:

We held SPM meeting Monday 30th of April and included one new task in this Sprint due to prioritizing refining existing code base.

Sprint Demo:

We held a acceptance test with our customer the 9th of May were we went through the project process and our technical results this far. The customer was very satisfied with our delivery based on the previous problems we have faced. Our solution was accepted without input that had to be improved.

Sprint Retrospective:

For our last sprint we chose to have a retrospective meeting with summing up our project, however we did not note further improvements. We ended up with reaching our sprint goal and finishing our product. Our customer was very happy with our delivery, and so were we.
