Sprint Goal:

Unofficial first sprint. One-week sprint to prepare the repository, development environment, our wiki, continuous integration, etc. Please take a look at our project board to see our user stories for the sprint.

Sprint Planning:

No standard planning as most tasks are found on the fly. General approach to getting to know a new group.

Sprint Demo:

No Demo held this sprint.

Sprint Retrospective:

• Met up and got planning real quick
• Contacted both customer and supervisor relatively quickly
• Made a group contract, established means of communication
• Divided some roles
• Took things “day by day” during setup
• Established a Drive, wiki, Slack, stuff
• Had a few things move over to sprint 1
