When a long comment is left then assigned to a user, the full text of that comment is shown in the "My Tasks" bar. It would also be beneficial to include some small details about who the comment is from and what application it was on if possible

Truncated assigned comments & added more context (#4329)

Fixes #4327. Adds a little more context to an assigned comment and will
give a sample of the comment, truncating it if it goes over 2 lines.
