This follows #55 and #56. Please merge in #55 and #56 before this (diffs will also make more sense when that'll be done).
This addresses the following points that were proposed in #58:
Text Definitions.event,Install Text Data.eventand the_textentriesfolder.Table Installer.eventThis doesn't touch any events, only build-related files.
I rewrote the make hacks scripts to be cleaner imo, but I'd like opinions on that.
