Open Role: Research Co‐Lead
About the Project: The goal of this team is to design and execute an internship project geared toward high school and college students to help them develop the hard (technical) and soft skills (workplace collaboration) required to successfully land STEM careers.
Volunteer Opportunity: Currently seeking a Research Co-Lead interested in gaining experience running a team and growing the TWE ResearchOps (research operations) at an enterprise scale. Within our research repository, we need help planning and tracking our current list of 20+ research plans that are in varying levels of documentation. In building this research infrastructure, we are documenting research roadmaps, plans, assets, templates, and protocols. This will reduce the loss of team knowledge due to the natural attrition of HfLA volunteers, and situate future volunteers to quickly complete data collection, analysis, or insights with all available information.
Duration: open-ended
