• The version of the imperative APIs bundled with plug-in and sdk still allow for v1 profiles to be read.
• The CICS VSCE does check for an installed (and activated) Zowe Explorer >= 3.0.0.
  • Since ZE V3 fails to load with V1 profiles only, then the CICS VSCE fails to load (the error message could be improved)
