Purpose

By default, it seems that Travis uses Ubuntu 16.04 which does not include libidn2. Furthermore we only support Ubuntu 20.04. Hence it should be safe to configure Travis to use Ubuntu 20.04.

Context

Travis failed in #255.

Changes

Configure Travis to use Ubuntu 20.04 (Focal Fossa).

How to test this PR

Travis should run and pass.
