Issue Description

I was trying to compile zksync-era contracts with zkstack dev contracts but ended up with this error.
L1 contracts gets compiled successfully but L2 and system contracts encounter this error.

Steps to reproduce.

git clone zksync-era-repo
cd zksync-era
git submodule update --init --recursive
zkstack dev contracts (I already have a ecosystem using the cloned zksync-era)

Hi @sachanayush47 , I ran your reproduction steps, but I wasn't able to reproduce any error. Are you using the latest version of zkstack?

• Have you been able to get this working previously / does it seem to you that a recent change caused this?
• Can you try updating your system dependencies
• Are you consistently getting this error? Can you see if pulling the most recent commit changes anything?

1. Yes, it was working previously. I have used this command multiple times to set up the external node.
2. I started encountering this error after updating zkSync Era and zkStack. To resolve it, I attempted rolling back to the previous version, but the issue persisted.
3. Yes, I am consistently experiencing this error. After pulling the latest updates, the L1 contracts are not compiling, which was not the case earlier.

Thanks for letting me know! It seems like it may be another system dependency that is out of date, as I am able to compile using the latest versions myself. Can you run through the deps on this list to update them?

I think you are correct, Im able to compile contracts in some other machine.
