Move Translation methods to reusable Trait #2493

When core is set to minimum php >= 5.4.0 (Core 2.0.0) move Translation methods to reusable Trait and then implement that trait in appropriate places (AbstractController, etc)

also if Zikula\Core\Api\AbstractApi is still in use, use the Trait there.
