Hi all. 👋🏻

xref: zarr-developers/community#68

I've written a new blog post announcing the migration of our chat platform from Gitter to Zulip, hosted by OSSCi—many thanks to all who've participated in discussions and the decision-making process.

Once this PR merges, I'll make announcements on Twitter, Mastodon, and LinkedIn.

My primary though is about the tone, or the optimism, regarding the move. I would point out that gitter wasn't working for us and we tried discord but there were issues. That we know OSSci isn't full of people yet but that we hope it can be, i.e. dealing a bit with people's expectations if this is intended for outsiders as opposed to just the core team(s).

I've added a Transition Note at the bottom for this.

Any objections to merging this?
