[Voyager] Import data fails with password authentication error for the target-db-user

Description

While redacting the password for logs (fix for issue #2095), the in-memory YB password gets corrupted.
error -

import of data in "pg_datatypes_offline" database started
error in getting identity(ALWAYS) columns for table: [CurrentName=(num_types) SourceName=(num_types) TargetName=(num_types)]: failed to connect to `host=10.9.14.120 user=ybvoyager database=pg_datatypes_offline`: server error (FATAL: password authentication failed for user "ybvoyager" (SQLSTATE 28P01))
