This PR, includes this changes:

• Typescript/Rollup/ESlint versions upgrades.
• The module resolution of all packages.
• How Loggers stream output to the console.

QA Steps

• Bootstrap a new app.
• Run youcan app dev command using this branch changes.
• See the output, a section with the hotkeys should always be visible.
• Use the hot keys, they should work as intended.
