StAEDI offers only community support. Fresno Basic and Pro offer priority support via email.

Version Policy

The current and previous major version of Fresno products will be supported. For example, if the current release is Fresno 3.2, then versions 2.0 through 3.2 would be supported.

Priority Support

Covers one (1) incident per quarter, with a max response time of two (2) business days. Scope is limited to Fresno Basic and Fresno Pro features and APIs, not the infrastructure or integrated applications.
