On some instance of E-OBS dataset, the "units" is Celsius instead of the standard "celsius".

This PR adds "Celsius" as a valid alias for the standard "celsius".

It is a backport from xclim units update: Ouranosinc/xclim#1068 as suggest by the maintainer in the dedicated issue.
