WD-1309 [FEATURE] Add support for custom theme styling
Add support for the custom style files for some of the themes, it is resulting in sidebar not having floating styles in themes like vertigo. |

Need to move bunch of styling files to shared so that the custom styling files can be moved to shared lib as well, would be doing this in another PR. Merging this for #74 Moving all of them to shared is required for custom styling to be applied globally on sputlit, makes the editor not have proper styling in sputlit. |
