Combobox (Webapp and Dibba) changes

• Sections with separator.
• Items with variable height based on Item information.
• Removed Combobox from extension. Dibba is still there.

Description

A brief description of the task

• UI improvements:
  • Sections with separators
  • Better spacing in `List` and within item.
  • List items of two types:
    • One having no description, item would have small icon size and dimensions.
    • One with description, should have bigger item size, also change the icon size relative to the label and `description.
