Description

• Copy/Paste Notes using CTRL + C and CTRL + V respectively.
• Replaced handleCopySnippet with handleCopyActiveItem.

Motivation and Context

• In future, we'd replace Clipboard manager.

How has this been tested?

• Pasted snippets and notes using new shortcuts.
