When the Tiled Gallery block is inserted via the Block Inserter, it does not automatically open the media selection UI.

Expected (core Gallery) Actual (Tiled Gallery)

We may be able to copy the implementation from WordPress/gutenberg#36757 to automatically open the media picker on insertion.
