- Update capeditor to 0.5.4
- Show reference alerts if set in CAP detail page
- Update reference alert page chooserblock to only select cap alert pages
- Save changes to CAP Alert on each step done when generating CAP multi-media
- Implement generating CAP Alert PDF and PNG using weasyprint
- Update CAP layers not to be rendered on top of every layer on MapViewer
- Make cap layer initially visible only when we have an ongoing alert
- Update CapAlertPage str to include alert status
