User story

As a wis2box user, I would like support for native SYNOP processing, so that I can process my SYNOP into wis2box to BUFR.

Acceptance criteria

  • ASCII SYNOP processed into bufr4
  • pipeline integration

Definition of done

  • unit/functional tests added/updated
  • documentation updated
  • live demonstration provided
