The installer fix has been applied to the previous versions as well, a Mac OS X build has also been added to them.
If you're experiencing issues on Win8-10 with cropped text (#141), please change the Compability settings for Spek to Scaling performed by: System.
Windows: msi is an installer, zip a portable version
Mac OS X: download the dmg installer
On Linux, you should just be able to build it yourself, using recent ffmpeg and wxwidgets libraries.
