Silence the stdout from successful tests, (add -v or DEBUG options to show it).

Lists failed tests at the end, e.g.

>>> Ran 34 tests, 2 failed
>>> Fail /home/vagrant/src/github.com/weaveworks/weave/test/160_claim_3_test.sh
>>> Fail /home/vagrant/src/github.com/weaveworks/weave/test/601_proxy_docker_py_test.sh
