For the record, I think hard coding the paths and URL variables in the specification is too prescriptive and may create barriers to implementation. These details should be left down to implementations (#144). |

The paths were already in the spec as part of a TD. This PR just added them to the text. See also #144 |

I am aware of that. Some parts of the TD are normative and some are not, that was the reason I filed #144. |
