A main philosophy was trying to make a "source of truth" for the supported chains with additional chain information automatically being updated.
Chain's logo/name is OPTIONAL.
Chains's clientURL is REQUIRED.
Additionally, changes a lot of references and parameters for 'chainId' to be naturally assumed as a number instead of a string. The application originally assumed
chainIdas a string because of a Zod enum, however felt backwards to me as chainId is typically a number elsewhere.
