Description

This PR will add the legally needed links to the Vocascan frontend. It checks whether our or a selfhosted is used and will redirect the user accordingly.

To Do:

• check if given domain is available and decide whether to render the link
• fixed Links in Electron environment (Legal Notice)
• styling

Motivation and Context

This PR is neede to make the Vocascan Cloud public
