Context
New CSE versions (4.2.X) add support for new Kubernetes versions, that need to be refreshed in the JSON that the CSE methods consume to process TKG OVAs.

This PR:
tkrversions that cannot be programmatically obtained (new Kubernetes versions havercsuffixes), these are now set in the JSON as well, in everytkrfield.To validate this PR one can run
Test_getTkgVersionBundleFromVAppTemplateunit test.
