Python 3.13 was released on October 7th, 2024. Almost every ML-related package has support, and I find myself occasionally downgrading just for vllm. Pytorch supports it since 2.5 (November) and ray support is underway.
It would be really nice for vllm to also adopt the newest Python release :)
